Toddlers explore the outdoor Montessori environments, experiment with a variety of Montessori materials, and interact with the children around them.
The Primary Program promotes learning and leadership through social interaction, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of the world around us using Montessori materials and teaching methods.
The Primary Playground offers a unique outdoor play environment with swings, climbing structures, water tables, sand box, and large building blocks.
The newest building on campus, named I.D.R.E.A.M. (innovate, design, research, explore, adapt, make) was completed in June 2019 and houses the Elementary and Middle School classrooms, STEaM Lab, and a Music Studio.
Near the entrance of the I.D.R.E.A.M building is a Grandparent Garden oasis, adjacent to that on the front of the building there is a beautiful, artisan-made Grandparent and Special Friends Tree mural.
Elementary and middle school students have a dedicated play area with balance and climbing structures, zip line, newly renovated gardens, and adjacent basketball court.

Art at The Discovery School is focused on listening and respecting the students as individual artists. Classes aim to develop an atmosphere where students can become independent thinkers and risk-takers in their own art while developing a solid understanding of various art-making methods and materials.
Students are encouraged to be critical and effective thinkers, makers, and communicators by reading diverse and engaging books available in the school library. Students are provided the opportunity to check out and read a variety of fiction, nonfiction, and picture books, with those resources promoting reading for learning and personal enjoyment.
The goal of STEM is to provide an opportunity for all students to be proficient in utilizing their skills to find solutions to real-world problems.
At Discovery, we believe that music is an effective, engaging, and rewarding way to practice executive functioning, social-emotional interactions, motor skill, communication skill, inclusiveness, and impulse control.
